Hey, I just ask if I can able to upload copyright free musics from Youtube to Newground. I also support creator who make the song and link their channal on description. Just ask for it cause I want to upload songs so that I can use on Geometry Dash. Please reply me if this is legal

Quick answer is no. If you didn't make it then you can't upload it. It's just a rule here on Newgrounds.
Long answer is also no, but I really don't want to explain a ton of legality about these things. It just gets too complicated and messy. But I will say this: you can use copyright free music in your projects (like when making a game or movie) but you can't upload it on the audio portal as is because it's not your creation.
